Counseling

School counselors play a vital role in supporting the well-being and success of all students. They provide academic guidance, career planning, and social-emotional support through one-on-one meetings, group sessions, and classroom lessons.

Counselors help students develop coping skills, build positive relationships, and set goals for the future. They also collaborate with families and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Counseling services are available to all students throughout the school year.

Message from School Counselor

Welcome to another fantastic year Falcons!

Thank you for visiting the Emerson Elementary School Counselor Website. This is going to be a great year! There are lots of new things for students and Emerson staff to learn during this school year. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.

I have always enjoyed working with youth and find Emerson an amazing school to be at. I love that the students always have a lot to share and teach me as well!  I will always strive to do my best to support, collaborate and problem solve with you.  When I am not here at Emerson, I enjoy family time and being outdoors. Hiking and kayaking are my favorite hobbies.

- Cindy Davis

I’m in my second year at Emerson, and am deeply grateful to be part of this spirited school community. Originally from Northern Wyoming, I enjoy connecting with students and staff, contributing to a positive learning environment, and embracing the unique spirit of our school. Outside of school, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying concerts and sporting --events, and connecting with friends and family.
